FJD autosteering kit navigation steering accuracy can reach 2.5cm with GNSS and RTK technology. So it can drive at high consistent with the intended working path, which maximizes the efficiency of land use.
Meanwhile, this auto steer for tractor equipped with IMU (attitude sensor). This allows agricultural machinery to maintain high accuracy in special operating environments. Such as undulating terrain and slopes.
Currently, this GPS guidance auto steer can be compatible with tractors, harvesters and other agricultural machinery of multiple brands.
Function
Support straight line, curve mode and pivot mode. Select the appropriate mode according to the requirements. The steering accuracy is maintained at 2.5cm.
Create and manage the information of the field. Like boundary, task type and guidance line information.
Calculate the area worked at automatic and manual mode. Show the corresponding operation trajectory with different colours in task history. It makes the calculation of operation area more focused and accurate.
For safety reasons, 2 modes of human intervention are provided.
Save at least 30% of headland area. Automatic path planning to best suit your field. Autosteer within the field without manual intervention. Automatically finish off the headland area. Start path planning and autosteer at any position in the field.
Field GIS information can be imported into and exported from this autosteering kit. Support SHP / SHX / DBF, ISOXML format. Online sharing of guidance line and boundary is also available.
IMU module provides terrain compensation to ensure the tractor operation accuracy in sloped fields.
